Week 10🌭

 Week 10🌭

Hey everyone!! :) i hope you all had a great great week!!

Haha this week was, oh my heavens, one for the books! It was like the best week ever. Sister Passey, my new companion, is like the coolest person ever, super hardworking, and just awesome!! It is going to be a fun transfer for sure. Our work from last transfer and from this transfer is already paying off. We are doing some more teaching and not just finding so that is always great!! :) We have 2 new investigators so we have THREE total!!! Super pumped about that!!!!!! :)) Savannah is getting baptized on Saturday and ahhhh, we are so excited for that we can hardly wait!!! Then this guyy named Lance.. well he is just so prepared. Heavenly Fathers hand is in this work, let me tell you. I mightve mentioned him before but he was just telling us how he had been looking for something and didnt know what it was but he thinks that this is it. And just talking about how there is always just a little small voice that tells him when he should be doing something right and ah, its just amazing. I love being a missionary and finding people like that!! Funny story for the week, we were in the hallway in our apartment complex and we see this cat (of course this isnt my first cat story). And it was a straggly litle thing so we felt bad and tried to find its owner by knocking on all these apartment doors! Couldnt find this cats owner so we were like, okay we will take it in for like 1 sec and try to feed it something (a hot dog because what else is in a missionarys fridge). It goes into our apartment and books it into our little storage room and behind our washing machine. It got stuck there forever.... we ended up having to move this big ol cabinet and sister passey crawled behind it and grabbed it. We found out we were both allergic to cats and we were itchy eyed for the rest of the night but the cats gone, and we are assuming it found its owner lol. Canada is gong great and wowza, it has been hot here. It was like 32 Celsius which idk if thats very hot in Fahrenheit but oh it sure felt like it but its cooling down and the light is getting shorter. Theres been a lot of tender mercies lately and we are so blessed. One more story.. Sister Passey was up in Fort St. John, B.C. before she came here and they ran into this woman on the street and gave her a Book of Mormon. They didnt have any information on her so couldnt follow up but guess what... 9 stinking hours away, we knocked on her door and they recognized each other. She was up visiting in Fort St John and she lives here in Beaumont!!! It was the coolest thing ever. She had been reading the Book of Mormon and we will be teaching her a lesson here soon this week!! People are seriously prepared.

The church is true, God loves you, and i do too!!!! Have a great week everyone :))
